Salary – c£11,000 per session plus indemnity cover Location – Warminster area The surgery – GP Training Practice Stable team of GP Partners and Salaried GPs Purpose-built premises Committed to reducing GP workload Investing in automation for reports, recalls and bloods Paramedics conducting majority of home visits GP Assistants minimising time-consuming paperflow Mentoring and support for newly qualified GPs Coffee break every morning SystmOne Your role – 4 or more sessions per week – full-time available Well-structured workload consisting of: 15 patients per session but discussions are ongoing about reducing to BMA guidelines of 25 patients per day Current structure splits clinics in half, with 30-40 minutes admin time in between two blocks of appointments List-holding to promote continuity and getting to know your patients Only one Duty day every 3 weeks Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities for a higher salary Special interests encouraged and can evidence supporting existing clinicians You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List The benefits – 6 weeks' annual leave 1 week study leave BMA model contract NHS pension Next Steps For further details on this exceptional role, please click the Apply Now button.
