Main duties of the jobYou will work in a supportive, friendly environment with our integrated team of Doctors, ANP's, Clinical Pharmacist, Paramedic, Social Prescriber, Care Co-ordinator, Mental Health Nurse, Specialist Diabetes Nurse and Nursing team.
