Location: Reading - Semi-rural practice with modern facilities Salary: Up to £11,500 per session + 6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata), NHS pension, health cash plan, and indemnity coverage.
Working Hours: 2- 6 sessions depending on your preference; Monday: 10:30AM-8:00PM, Thursday & Friday: 9:00AM-6:30PM (1 in 5 Fridays until 10:30AM-8:00 PM) About the Practice: This is a progressive, GP-led environment focused on delivering high-quality, coordinated care.

The GP workday consists of two 4-hour 10-minute sessions.
Each session includes up to 3 hours 30 minutes of consultationsface-to-face, phone, video, or home visitsand around 40 minutes of clinical administration, covering patient management, clinical workflow, and meeting or mentoring responsibilities.
The Role: As a GP, youll deliver high-quality, autonomous care, managing patient conditions and contributing to the practices ongoing improvements.
