We are a large innovative Medical Practice that thrives on team working in a supportive learning environment, we are also a training practice.
We currently have a vacancy for a salaried GP at Hereford MedicalGroup (HMG), ideally with 2 years experience.
We can support both part-time and full- time working.
Applications from Newly qualified GPs will be considered as well.As an experienced GP we can support GP portfolio roles, flexible working and innovative ideas of working.We offer a competitive salary and as an innovative practice have Pharmacists, a Safeguarding Officer, Primary Care Practitioners, Biomedical Scientists, an acute care team to manage 'on the day requests for care'.
You will have allocated administration time supported by our administration team.All GPs have dedicated weekly CPD time, and we have a weekly Programme of clinical meetings alongside quarterly all practice events.We welcome informal visits to see our unique way of working!
Main duties of the job The successfulcandidate will undertake a variety of duties including face toface and telephone consultations.You will work from our four sites (our main site ,being a purpose built medical practice.
)Part of your dutieswill be working with our dedicated Acute Care Team, that supports patients requiring care on the day.
This is a team with dedicated leadership and permanent staff, working together in a supportive manner.You will also carry out routine surgeries - allowing for continuity of care for patients and your own ability to book and follow up patients.
We are working to 15 minute appointments.
