Main duties of the job You will work in a supportive,friendly environment with our integrated team of Doctors, ANP's, ClinicalPharmacist, Paramedic, Social Prescriber, Care Co-ordinator, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Nurse, SpecialistDiabetes Nurse and Nursing team.The whole team works together to provide an innovative and caring service where patients are truly at the heart of everything we do.
About us Abbeyview Surgery is a semi-rural,part dispensing Practice serving circa 9100 patients in Crowland, Lincolnshire.We are CQC Outstanding and our team have won several awards for patient carelocally and nationally.
To compliment our team of Doctors,ACPs and Nurses and HCAs, our rapidly expanding team includes DiabetesSpecialist Nurse, Physio, MSK, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Co-ordinator andSocial Prescriber.

The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitledpopulationb.
The provision of services commensurate with the GMS contractc.
Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidanced.
Effective management of long-term conditionse.
Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals,repeat prescription requests, results, document workflow and reports and otherassociated administrative tasksf.
On a rotational basis, undertake telephone triage and duty doctorrolesg.
Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice,policy and guidanceh.
Working collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practiceworkloadi.
To cover colleagues results, prescriptions and other admin dutieswhen they are on annual leavej.
