Job summary Bramblys Grange Partnership arelooking for a Salaried GP to join our practice across 2 sites one in the towncentre of Basingstoke and one suburban site with the opportunity to work at both settings.Bramblys Grange Partnership is a longestablished, friendly practice with over20,000 patients.
We are looking for a GP colleague who is a good team player,with enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire to make a difference in GeneralPractice to join our team.
We arelooking to recruit 6 clinical sessions, adopting flexible working patternsand new models of care.

We have anexcellent relationship with our multidisciplinary teams.Our clinics are made up of 10- and 15-minute appointmentswith approx.
12-15 contacts per session.
Main duties of the job Provide routine appointments during surgery times.
Be available to take telephone calls frompatients.
Provide home visits when required on duty.
Undertake all relevant administrative work arising from your patient contacts, for example dealing with results, queriesand making referrals within 72 hours of seeing the patient.
The doctor covering the morning same day doctorsession must be available from until for any emergencies or queries.
The doctor covering the afternoon same daydoctor session must be available from until for any emergencies orqueries.
Undertake any relevant training required toperform your duties at Bramblys Grange.Share in any other duties not listed abovewhich may form part of the normal clinical and relevant administrative workloadof the Practice letters, paperwork, certificates and reports.

To participate as a willing member of themedical team at Bramblys Grange and share in the general workload of thePractice.
To deal with patients and staff of the Practicein a courteous and efficient manner.
To take on a list of patients for whom you willbe their usual doctor.
This list willgradually be grown to 6/9 of the size of a full time salaried doctor.
Whilst the list is growing, you will berequired to cover other doctors lists on days when they are not working or onleave.
On these days you will performany duties relating to the absent Drs list including patient queries, visits,etc.
To provide your own personal equipment(stethoscope and auroscope) for use in your room.
A fully equipped consulting room will be madeavailable for surgeries and must be maintained in a tidy condition.
The Practice will endeavour to give you thesame room on a regular basis as far as is practicable but may not be able to providea room when you are on a protected time session.

This includesPart II cremation forms performed in Practice time.To provide antenatal or postnatal appointments asper your timetable.To participate in the teaching and training ofGP Registrars, FY2 doctors and medical students.To attend practice, clinical and Multi-DisciplinaryTeam meetings held within your working hours.
