Not previously held a substantial GP position 4-5 Sessions per week - Fixed Term (until end of March 2025) The Grove Medical Centre is a well-established GMS practice with approx.
13000 patients based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
We are part of HertsFive PCN which consists of five Practices across the Hertsmere area.
We aim to provide a high standard of medical and nursing care for all our patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated newly qualified GP who will share our commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients.
Position Details: The position is for 4-5 sessions per week, between Monday and Friday for a fixed term period until the end of March 2025.
Start date: ASAP Clinical Session Duties: Surgeries are made up of a mix of face-to-face and telephone appointments Allocated triage sessions each week Visits may be required from time to time Additional Duties: Referrals Docman correspondence Results Prescriptions Completing medical reports Attendance at practice meetings and training as and when appropriate Contract/QOF/PCN/audit work as and when required The practice is supported by an excellent team of Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physios, HCA's, a Paramedic, a social prescriber, and a number of Care Coordinators and administrative staff.
The Practices uses EMIS Web, Docman 10, Accurx & Lexacom.
