Job summary Croft Hall Surgery is going throughchanges that will drive the service and Patient experience as well asdelivering new efficient and effective procedures.We are looking fora motivated and enthusiastic GP to join the Croft Hall Team as a Salaried GP for ideally 6-8 sessions perweek but willing to be flexible for the right person.

Weare a single urban site, beside the sea, serving 8200 patients and an activepart of the Torquay PCN.We have an evergrowing multi-disciplinary team which includes experienced ANPs, alongside ourPCN staff including Pharmacists, Wellbeing Team and Physician Associates.
We focuson the wellbeing of our staff and have strong communication across all teams.We structure our workload to support each other to ensure a good work-lifebalance.
Main duties of the job The post-holder will managea caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary caresetting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporarypatients.
As a member of the team and one of the employees you will be expectedto set an example to others, assist in education and training and to play afull role in target achievement and service development.
