\n The Role: \n \n Conduct investigations into reported incidents and events \n Carry out and coordinate risk assessments \n Provide periodic analyses on safety trends against predetermined safety performance indicators and targets \n Provide safety feedback to staff and customers \n Assist with Occupational Health & Safety tasks as required \n Administrative support to ensure an effective safety management system \n Produce periodic safety communication and promotional material \n Organise and take part in safety forums, committees and meetings \n Undertake safety related projects as directed \n To request and provide assistance to the Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager (SCMM) as required \n \n The Person: \n \n Aviation safety management experience \n Proven experience with risk assessments e.g.
