RVN Manager | £40K Hertfordshire Based Practice Varied Case Load Are you a RVN looking to manage a team?
Do you want to take the lead in a high-end veterinary practice?
We are proud to work alongside a modern veterinary clinic in Hertfordshire as they search for a new Veterinary Nurse to manage the clinical team.
The Practice: We are a small animal practice that will see a variety of exotics when needed.
The team itself is supported by hard working RVNs and delightful front of house team.
The team of Vets are passionate about nurse utilisation and help create a fantastic culture of support and development.
Our practice has multiple consulting and surgery rooms with separate cat and dog wards.
We see a variety of routine cases alongside our complex orthopaedic and specialist surgeries in the clinical diary.
The Role: As the new managing Nurse, you will oversee a large, multidisciplinary team.
You will have overall responsibility for managing the development and confidence of all our Nurses and Students, and work alongside the Practice Manager to create a commercially viable practice and an ongoing culture of support.
