Our client, a leading property and business consultancy serving Northern England and Southern Scotland, is seeking an experienced MRICS Rural Practice Surveyor to join their collaborative team of 80+ professionals across six regional offices.
Position Overview
As a Rural Practice Surveyor , you will provide expert advice and innovative solutions to a diverse range of clients across the rural, residential, commercial and development sectors, contributing to the consultancy's continued success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Engage clients and provide sound, reasoned advice Network effectively to generate new business opportunities Manage and mentor team members for growth Assess and restructure farm businesses for optimal results Produce accurate valuations and comprehensive reports Represent clients in property sales and acquisitions Oversee management of diverse property portfolios Handle compensation and compulsory purchase for landowners Conduct landlord and tenant work, including lettings and reviews Requirements
MRICS accreditation with strong agricultural knowledge Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Full clean driving licence for regional travel Ability to work independently and collaboratively Thorough understanding of compliance and procedures Passion for farming and rural business Benefits
