This opportunity will be based in Cirencester working with more than 25 employees in the rural division, giving you the opportunity to become a leading figure in the region amongst a team with an excellent reputation.Not in the right location?

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in wider geographic activities supporting some of our national clients as well as multidiscipline projects.
Our client supports agile working within the region, enabling you to manage your time effectively.This opportunity will entail a wide variety of valuation and other rural professional services.
This could be a specialist role for a valuer, but we are equally interested in speaking to those with an interest in a blended professional consultancy role around valuation but to include some Estate Management.
Our valuation requirement within this role is based around Farms, Estates and residential property in some of the most scenic and high value rural locations.
You will likely already know the requirements for a Rural Surveyor…MRICS, FAAV etc.
The type of person is really important in aligning with the firms values and complimenting the current team.
You will be an effective communicator with a confident and strategic outlook and have experience in a wide range of valuation techniques or an interest in developing those.Our client does not expect that you have all the skills necessary, however do provide the support and guidance to allow you to grow and develop through your career to reach your full potential.A great renumeration package, with industry leading employee benefits is on offer for the successful candidate.
