Main duties of the job The successful post holder will be expected to provide physiotherapy to patients, working as part of a Physiotherapy Specialty teams on a rotational basis delivering 7 day services.
As a Rotational Physiotherapist you will ensure that patients receive high quality therapy care.
Rotations include the following specialities: Critical Care, Surgical, Neuro/Macmillan, Orthopaedics, Front Door (A&E and Short Stay), Acute Frailty, Sheppey Frailty Unit - ME12 3LT, Older Persons, CardioResp and GenMed, Paeds and Pelvic Health, MSK secondment.
In addition, the Rotational Physiotherapist will work in partnership with members of the MDT both internally and external to the organisation.
The role will involve weekend working and may involve extended hour patterns of work.
In addition, you will be a competent member of the on call rota.

Job description Job responsibilities To provide physiotherapy to patients, working as part of integrated specialty teams on a rotational basis delivering 7 day services.The post-holder will undertake rotations within Medway Maritime Hospital in Critical Care, Surgical, Orthopaedic Trauma/Elective, Paediatrics and Pelvic Health, Cardiorespiratory (including RSU, Neuro and Macmillan, Front Door, including the Emergency Department, and Older Persons/Frailty, and our Frailty unit at Sheppey Community Hospital.
The option for an outpatient musculoskeletal secondment may be available in the local NHS Health economy.To be part of the physiotherapy emergency respiratory on-call and weekend rota.
