Person Specification QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING Essential Relevant Degree/Diploma Registered with HCPC Basic understanding of Clinical Governance.
Awareness of relevant Legislation, NSF'S/ Local and National initiatives.
Candidate must have previous NHS experience at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Desirable Member of Professional Body KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE Essential Undergraduate experience in a wide range of clinical areas Can demonstrate good clinical reasoning skills Evidence of CPD and reflective practice Critical Appraisal Skills.
Ability to maintain legible and accurate records Desirable Presentation skills.
Previous experience working at Band 5 level COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS (INCLUDING MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES) Essential Demonstrates positive attitude and behaviours Excellent time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with people with complex difficulties Recognises own limitations and have willingness to share and learn from others Good interpersonal skills Proven ability to work well in a team Ability to make decisions and problem solve when dealing with routine situations Ability to organise own work and caseload Ability to work in a stressful environment and concentrate in conditions requiring emotional demands Computer literate Access to transport to fulfill community rotations Desirable Current full UK driving license
