We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to join our friendly team of over 50 Dietitians, dietetic assistants and admin support staff who deliver services in Wrexham, Flintshire and in partnership across North Wales.
Quality improvement initiatives are welcomed in the department and you would be encouraged and supported in considering improved and more effective ways of working.
We deliver clinical placements for students, and are part of a wider Dietetic Team working across the three Areas of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
Applications would be considered for student dietitians in their final year, with the options to start at Band 4 while waiting for HCPC registration.
Main duties of the job The post holder will contribute to the provision of high quality nutrition and dietetic care to the people served within BCUHB by participating in the achievement of the Health Board's mission and quality objectives by providing high quality, safe, efficient and effective Dietetic therapy services within available resources and in accordance with their registration and Code of Practice of the BDA.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
