POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Reservations Department as a Rooms Reservations Agent.
As a Room Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their journey begins with a seamless and bespoke booking experience.
Your role is pivotal in making their stay unforgettable, from the moment they enquire about a reservation until they step through our iconic front doors.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure all reservation enquiries are responded to accurately and promptly, whilst proactively monitoring upcoming bookings and diligently ensuring all guest requirements are met.
Please note that this position requires working in an office setting, including evenings and weekends.
