Welcome Bonus £1250 We are looking for qualified to level 3 or above for this role.
The Room Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the children in the room are safe, well cared for and making good progress in their learning as well as promoting quality practice by serving as an excellent example and guide to other staff in the room.
The Room Leaderwill evaluate and take control of difficult situations and alter them when necessary.
They will take responsibility for staff management in the room under the guidance and support of the Deputy and Early Years Manager if applicable and may, at times, be the named manager on duty in the absence of the Deputy and Early Years Manager.
