Our client is looking to recruit a Roofer.
Our client is one of the UKs leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas.

As a Roofer, you will be working within their Property Services Team to provide maintenance and repair services, ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Responsibilities: Carry out roof repairs and maintenance across a variety of roof types.
Perform first-time fixes to complete tasks efficiently during the first visit.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, especially when working at heights.
Conduct lead work, fascia/soffit repair or replacement, and gutter clearance or repair.
Work independently while demonstrating effective decision-making and time management.
Skills and Experience Required: Demonstrable competence in roofing, including slate or concrete tile repair, ridge/verge repair, lead work, gutter work, and flat roof repairs or replacement.
Ability to lift weights and carry out physical tasks in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
Experience in customer-focused environments, meeting performance targets.
Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
