Our ethos is simple: by providing customers with a safe and decent home, we enable them to realise their potential, enjoy their environment, and contribute to their community.As a Roofer at Hyde, you will be working within our Property Services Team to provide maintenance and repair services, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard.Responsibilities:Carry out roof repairs and maintenance across a variety of roof types.Perform first-time fixes to complete tasks efficiently during the first visit.Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, especially when working at heights.Conduct lead work, fascia/soffit repair or replacement, and gutter clearance or repair.Work independently while demonstrating effective decision-making and time management.Skills and Experience Required:Demonstrable competence in roofing, including slate or concrete tile repair, ridge/verge repair, lead work, gutter work, and flat roof repairs or replacement.Ability to lift weights and carry out physical tasks in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.Experience in customer-focused environments, meeting performance targets.Full, clean UK Driving Licence.Benefits:A fantastic pension.Life assurance.Great holidays.An award-winning flexible benefits package.Volunteering days.
