Rolling Stock Procurement Manager

Are you a procurement manager with good experience of rail rolling stock and On Track Machines (OTM)?

Location: London (King's Cross & Waterloo) - 2/3 days at site and rest from home (dependant on project needs)

Start Date: ASAP
Contract length: 6 months (initial); option to extend for additional 6 months
Hours per week: 40 hours
Pay Rate per hour: £50.00-£63.65 Inside IR35 (dependant on experience)

Great opportunity to work for a large consultancy on a long term Network Rail scheme.
Indepth knowledge and working experience of rolling stock - fleet manufacturers, OEM, changes in onboard signalling market.

A wide experience of working for Network Rail in a Procurement function and its suite of contracts as well as supporting systems such as BravoNR, Oracle Projects.


Role Context Strategic procurement support for the OTM sector, including establishing fitting the minimum viable number of machines, including client-owned and third-party owned machines that require retrofit.
