Job Title : Robotic Spot Welder Location: West Bromwich Hours of work: will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern - Shift 1 – Monday - Friday 6am -2pm Shift 2 – Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm Hourly pay rate - £11.75-£12.00 depending on experience, plus 22% shift allowance for night shift.

Key Responsibilities: Operate robotic spot welders and ancillary equipment.
Ensure production rates and quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Uphold 5S standards in the work area (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
