We are currently looking for an ER Specialist on a permanent basis to join a great organisation and team in the Birmingham area.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + bonus Location: Birmingham, hybrid 2/3 days Contract: permanent

Duties of the Employee Relations Specialist:
Ideally a minimum of a years' experience in employee relations or a HR share services environment Sound case management experience, working with a high volume You will need to be able to demonstrate a highly organised case management approach Thorough understanding of employee relations, offering advice per case Building strong relationships with line managers and assisting when required with ER issues Providing excellent customer service
