Road Logistics Branch Finance Assistant Derby, Derbyshire, United Kingdom | Frachttransport und Kundenservice | Vollzeit | JR2408_0060 We have an opportunity for a Branch Finance assistant to support our Road Logistics team.
Your Role The Finance Assistant will have overall responsibility for ensuring all Road Logistics Branch Finance, liaising with Team Leader/Branch Staff to ensure efficient processing of invoices in line with KPI's, and ensuring correct GP recorded at Branch.
Your Responsibilities Control of the FSL for specific Branch.
Administration of all incoming purchase invoices.
Management of KPI finance upload and information.
Work with Team Leader to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.
Providing a support system for Branch Managers in respect of Finance.
Identify any anomalies within this task and highlight to team leader.
Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Team Leader.
