Road Freight Coordinator Location: Central Birmingham Salary: £28,000 - £32,000pa (DOE) Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm Are you an experienced in International Road Freight Operations, looking for a new and exciting role with a growing freight forwarder?

My client is looking for an experienced Road Freight Coordinator to join their team based in Birmingham.
The right candidate will have experience dealing with Road Freight operations, for both import and export consignments.
Package Benefits: Holiday of 21 day + 8 banks - Increasing 1 day with each year of service Company Pension Hybrid Working Performance bonus New Customer bonus Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day EU Road Freight operations, start-to-finish, from booking to invoice.
Handling Groupage and documentation.
Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
Supplier and client liaison, invoicing agreed rates.
Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information.
Requirements: Road freight operations experience.
Experience with EU Import and Export operations is desirable.
Excellent customer service experience.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
