IDEX Consulting is working with one of the UK's leading pension consulting firms who are in search of a Risk Settlement Senior Consultant to join their Risk Settlement Group.
You will hold senior support or lead transaction adviser roles across a significant portfolio of clients, with responsibility for the relationship with transaction stakeholders. You will also have a broader impact beyond your clients, helping to develop our new business initiatives, our propositions and marketing strategies, and developing our teams.

Role Responsibilities: Working on a range of settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market (including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions)Take responsibility for the running of transactions, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget and lead relationships with transaction stakeholdersHelp advise clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement', including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibilityCreate relationships with external stakeholders such as trustees, sponsors, and other transaction advisers to help develop settlement opportunitiesTake a central role on new business opportunities and initiatives both internally and externallyLeverage your knowledge of the settlement market to help provide innovative settlement solutions for our clientsSupport marketing initiatives and media engagement, including our annual marketing campaign and our dedicated risk settlement conferencePlay a role in the growth of the teamHelp develop new strategies and propositions within the Risk Settlement Group and help to implement them on a range of clientsCoach, mentor, and support direct and indirect reports to create future leadersYou must have: Track record of delivery on settlement transactionsWide industry experience coupled with sound technical capabilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivating and ambitiousAble to encourage and develop colleagues, and work well within diverse teamsWhilst having an eye for detail, also capable of considering wider strategic mattersIf you are keen on the above role, please get in touch if you are interested or send your CV to ******.
