We are working with a leading property company in Beaconsfield seeking a skilled Risk and Governance Manager to join their dynamic team.
The risk and governance manager will develop and implement risk management strategies and governance frameworks in preparation for upcoming inspections from property bodies.
You will be in the office 2 days a week Key Skills the Risk and Governance Manager will have: At least 3 years experience in Risk/Governance Management Excellent experience in Property/Housing industry Significant experience of working with property regulatory bodies Degree (In IT, Engineering etc) is beneficial Benefits Starting salary between £50,000 - £62,000 25 days holiday (rising to 28 days after 3 years service) Half day Friday Simply Health Company pension (3% employee 8% employer) This is an excellent opportunity for a Risk and Governance Manager looking to make an impact within a reputable property company.
