In this role, you will be full time office based in Chester with site vists around the North West tasked with creating comprehensive land assessment packs to support viability evaluations.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the land department on prospective acquisitions, coordinating surveyors to meet project timelines, preparing pre-planning applications, and tracking associated fees to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has good residential Engineering knowledge (including drainage, sewage, section 278 agreements) to take on a vital role within a growing housebuilder offering autonomy, variety and long term progression.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Design or Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience in residential projects for a housebuilder, developer, or consultancy.
