Rikama Education are working with a mainstream primary school, based in Deal who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start after February half term.
The role:
• To support a pupil in Year 2 with Autism
• Follow the pupils IEP
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Manage any challenging behaviour effectively whilst following the school's behaviour policy
The position is due to start as soon as possible and your working hours will be; 8:30 - 3:15, Monday - Friday.
Term time only.
The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
