THE ROLE You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other.
As a Rewards Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Total Rewards solutions for European needs in alignment with the companywide Total Rewards philosophy.
You will be responsible for driving the planning, development, and execution of our Total Rewards initiatives.
You will also act as the reporting and analytics arm of the Human Resources team in Europe, providing the needed reporting and analytics to the business.
As a hands-on subject matter expert in Compensation and Rewards and using your extensive knowledge across Total Rewards, you will ensure we're providing the rewards strategy and programs that attract and retain our talent.
The Rewards Manager serves as a subject matter expert in his/her responsibility area.
Besides being familiar with and applying best practices in the total rewards area, also a hands-on and pragmatic approach to work is required in the role.
A successful role incumbent will advise and coach the organization and HR colleagues on the best practices in total rewards practices.
The Rewards Manager role being new in the European organisation, the role incumbent will be critical in shaping the role while developing and implementing the total rewards initiatives in line with the European and companywide HR strategy.
The role reports to the European HR Director and has a strong working relationship with the Total Rewards colleagues in North America.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Examples of the topics you will be active with: Define and roll out Total Rewards philosophy and strategy in Europe.
Lead the project of defining the compensation structure for Europe.
Convert the strategy into action, collect and analyze data to measure success, and continually optimize programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop, review and implement pay and reward initiatives and frameworks for Europe, in line with our companywide and European total rewards philosophy.
Ensure our offerings are equitable and competitive in the regional recruitment market, through extensive benchmarking research.
Provide ongoing, high-level compensation advice and act as an internal rewards expert ensuring comprehensive and pragmatic pay advice and solutions to regions and countries.
Lead the annual compensation cycle (merit), participate in compensation surveys, and provide critical services such as market pricing and job architecture development and deployment.
Advise, coach, and train our HRBPs and business leaders to ensure thorough adoption and understanding of our rewards programs and identify and resolve any gaps in program adoption.
Use data and analytics to drive favourable business outcomes by providing innovative ideas, insights, and recommendations as it relates to our Total Rewards programs.
Provide on-demand and recurring HCM reporting and analytics to the business.
Partner with the HR Systems team to extract information, analyze, and present data in a digestible and meaningful manner to HR colleagues and to business.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes.
Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too: REQUIRED Relevant degree or equivalent years of experience Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role Experience working across multiple countries in Europe Strong research and analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports, proactively identify issues, and problem-solve Intermediate to advanced Excel required Strong English language skills.
Any other European language is a plus.
