Reward & Employment Tax Consultant / Senior Consultant Job Type: Permanent
Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experienced reward & employment tax professionals and advising business leaders regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
The Role: Provide expert advice regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.Provide global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.Cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging the use of technology for such work.Preparation of global payroll reports to ensure clients can meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.The Person: Previous reward or employment tax experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.Additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation experience is highly desirable.Excellent time management and prioritization skills - able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.APPLY NOW: To apply for the position please send your CV to Andy Shaw via the 'apply now' button.
