Reward Consultant

Are you a Reward Consultant who is interested in a ftc for 16 months to work for a well known commercial organisation based in Hertfordshire?
If so, my client is looking for you.....Reporting into the Group Reward Manager and working alongside other members of the International Reward team, you will provide advice, guidance and deliver services to HR and the business on all matters relating to Recognition and BenefitsDeliver the UK's annual benefits window Organisation of promotional evens and activities to increase employee benefits engagementManage the relationship with the benefit broker and tech providerManage the Income Protection underwriting process for executivesContribute to the further development of their global recognition platformPoint of escalation for employee recognition queriesYou will need the following experience:-Experience within a Reward specialism at a similar levelExperience in leading annual employee benefits renewal cycles Strong numerical and problem solving skillsConfident in communicating with people at all levels and presentingExperience of working in an International team an advantageIn return they offer a good salary £Negotiable and benefits and you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week in Hatfield.For more information please call me on 07821 664529 or email your cv to ******
