Your new company Hays is working with a client in the professional services industry to recruit a Reward & Compensation Specialist to join their Belfast-based team.
Your new role As a Reward & Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for: Providing guidance, analysis and reporting on policies to managers Lead the compensation survey process, working with HR colleagues, business leaders Study and analyse market data and trends Produce standard periodic and ad hoc reporting and track key issues and trends in compensation through benchmarking and gathering market intelligence from internal and external recruiters Support the ongoing development of company compensation practices, policies, and processes Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires Support the annual compensation review process of C-Suite executives What you'll need to succeed Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business or human resources Previous experience in compensation analysis with a basic understanding of survey submission procedures and job matching Prior human resource-related work experience in employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and HR systems is preferred IT proficient with an advanced understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create alternative solutions Able to work flexible hours or overtime as needed What you'll get in return Competitive salary 36 days annual leave Hybrid working 2/3 days from home Fantastic additional benefits package What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
