We're hiring a Reward and Benefits Partner to join a leading manufacturing and distribution business based in Hatfield.
This is a permanent role offering the chance to shape Reward strategies in a global organisation with a strong company culture.About the RoleAs the Reward and Benefits Partner, you'll lead on the design, delivery, and enhancement of employee benefits and recognition programmes.
Reporting to the Group Reward Manager, you'll collaborate with HR and the business to ensure our Reward offerings are competitive, engaging, and aligned with our global strategy.Key Responsibilities:Manage the annual UK benefits renewal process, including scheme design, communications, and employee engagement activities.Act as the go-to expert for benefit and pension queries, liaising with external providers.Support global projects to enhance employee benefits and recognition programmes.Lead the rollout of long-service recognition initiatives across multiple countries.Analyse employee data, manage Reward processes, and support HR with expert advice.What We're Looking ForProven experience in Reward or HR, with a focus on benefits and recognition.Strong numerical and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and present data effectively.Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering training or webinars.A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.Experience in international Reward is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a global business with a strong reputation and collaborative culture.Enjoy hybrid working and modern offices in Hatfield.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Desired Skills and ExperienceEmployee benefits management, recognition programmes, data analysis, Excel proficiency, stakeholder engagement, project management, communication skills, global Reward strategies, problem-solving, HR collaboration.
