Rewards and Benefits Partner Bath - hybrid Salary - up to 50k My client is an engineering organisation rapidly growing and they are looking to appoint a Reward and Benefit Partner.
This is a new role for the business and will have a global reach.
The role will be reporting to the global HR Director and will have a overall responsibility for Reward and Benefit function.
The role would suit ambitious Reward Analyst/Partner with experience of working with a great deal of autonomy.
It would be useful if you have experience of working in a COE.
Experience of LTIP and Remco is desirable but not necessary.
