Reward Analyst - Part Time

The HR Data team have a part-time vacancy for a Reward Analyst available.
This role will support the Reward Partner as well as the wider HR Department for NEXT.
21.5 hours a week, with one day scheduled to be a Friday.The Reward Analyst will ultimately provide data insights and reports to stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and rewards, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.Accountabilities & Main Tasks Analysing compensation, benefits, and reward data to inform decisions about salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits.
Maintaining and updating reward-related data.
Complete internal and external reward benchmarking, assessing NEXT's position against the market, competitors, and industry standards.
Contribute to the development and review of the company's reward strategy.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of employee benefits programs by maintaining benefits data insights to support decision-making.
Supply eligibility data for required benefits Ensuring reward processes comply with company policies and relevant legislation Oversee benefit selections based on employee choices, ensuring compliance with payroll and tax reporting.
Complete the Annual Benchmarking Programme in-house, benchmarking roles and completing data for salary surveys.
Support Gender Pay Gap reporting annually.
Support critical reward projects Behaviours & Skills Experience in benchmarking salary structures Knowledge of compensation legislation and benefits packages.
Strong analytical skills Excellent presentation skills Adaptability and project management capability Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and knowledge of GDPR.
Ability to support data-driven, in-house capabilities for long-term cost savings and improved decision-making.
