What the Reward Analyst role entails: Reporting to the Head of ER and Reward, this role is instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of pay and grading structures; developing reports and leading on analysis relating to cyclical reward activity; analysing and interpreting complex data, benchmarking and role evaluation; and supporting reward projects.
The skills and experience required for the role of Reward Analyst include: Significant job-related experience within reward, reporting on complex reward data, using Excel or Business Objects techniques to present information clearly.
Experience of analysing complex Reward data, able to transform complex data into clear, actionable information.
As the Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Fulfilling all data and analysis requirements within the Reward function, developing and running reward management reports, analysing and providing insight and recommendations.
Responsible for harnessing a variety of data sources including iTrent, Business Objects, and Excel to provide deep analytical insights that inform strategic Reward initiatives.
Support the Reward Partner and Head of ER and Reward, to identify the most appropriate Reward metrics and reporting requirements tailored to the required audience/business unit.
Taking a proactive and collaborative approach to reward, by making recommendations and suggestions to improve process and practice as appropriate.
Lead the data input, reporting and analysis of the annual colleague survey and Equality and Diversity, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
To be successful in your application we are looking for the following qualifications & experience: Experience of reporting and analysing complex reward data, using Excel or Business Objects techniques to present information clearly.
An understanding of reward processes e.g.
job evaluation.
Ability to ensure the highest standards of data confidentiality, ensuring all data practices comply with GDPR requirements.
Statistical Qualification including databases an advantage.
CIPD / Reward Qualification an advantage.
