Role Overview: This is a high-impact role for an ambitious Reward Analyst looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced global financial services business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Reward and the wider Reward team, and key stakeholders across the business to provide insights and analysis that will shape the company's reward strategy.
This includes supporting the design, implementation, and delivery of compensation programs that are competitive, aligned with business performance, and compliant with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Compensation Analytics: Analyze and interpret compensation data to support decision-making on salary structures, bonuses, and equity awards.
Conduct detailed market benchmarking and job evaluations, providing insights on competitive pay practices across different geographies.
Create and manage compensation reports for senior leadership and HR partners, providing data-driven recommendations on compensation strategy and alignment with business objectives.
Annual Compensation Review: Play a key role in the annual compensation review process, analyzing salary adjustments, bonus distributions, and equity awards.
Provide data and scenario analysis to inform pay decisions, ensuring they are aligned with market conditions and internal policies.
Incentive & Bonus Programs: Support the administration and analysis of global incentive programs, including short-term and long-term incentive plans.
Assist in the modeling and forecasting of incentive payouts, ensuring a clear link between performance metrics and reward outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of incentive schemes, including the tracking and communication of awards.
Market Research & Benchmarking: Engage in global and regional salary surveys, analyzing market trends and making recommendations to maintain competitive compensation positioning.
Regularly review industry trends and regulatory changes to inform and adjust compensation practices.
Provide market intelligence and analysis for specific roles and geographies, contributing to the global reward strategy.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all compensation practices comply with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Support audits, reporting, and governance reviews related to compensation policies, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Profile: Reward experience within the Financial Services space Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, bonus schemes, equity plans, and benefits.
Exposure to compensation and benefits practices, with a keen understanding of regional differences and regulatory requirements.
