We are searching for a dynamic RevOps Director to spearhead the transformation of our rapidly evolving salesforce.
This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front as we continue our journey of modernisation, bringing data-driven insights, cutting-edge technology, and operational excellence to every facet of our revenue engine!
As RevOps Director, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth and optimise performance across the business.
You'll have a significant impact on the strategy and direction of MHR as we evolve our go-to-market capabilities, with a focus on creating scalable processes, improving data visibility, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Lead the full revenue operations function , ensuring strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Oversee the continued rollout of modern tools and platforms to streamline sales performance and forecasting, including systems like Salesforce and Clari.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance pipeline visibility, improve win rates, and increase customer retention.
Optimise processes to drive operational efficiency, reducing friction in the customer lifecycle from lead to close.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to influence business-wide decisions with data-driven insights.
Be the champion of change as we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, helping teams work smarter and faster.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role , with a track record of driving tangible results.
Expertise in sales technology platforms (Salesforce, Clari, Groove, etc.
), and an ability to leverage data to influence decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
A strategic mindset with a passion for data, process improvement, and scaling high-growth teams.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment is a plus!
