Revenue Manager

As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Revenue Manager to be based at a prestigious Head Office in Plymouth.
About the Role: The Revenue Reconciliation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all reconciliation activities across both in-store and online channels, along with all other miscellaneous revenue streams and debtor balances.
The manager will also implement controls, improve processes, and ensure the financial integrity of the companys revenue.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the reconciliation of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue streams from all in-store and online sales.
Ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
Work with IT and Finance teams to improve the automation of reconciliation processes and reporting.
Ensure systems used for payment processing and revenue reporting are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Develop and implement efficient internal controls and procedures to reduce revenue leakage and mitigate risks.
Prepare detailed reports on revenue, and reconciliation activities for senior management.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure the timely closure of monthly and year-end processes.. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations of revenue reconciliation processes.
Manage and mentor a small team ensuring they are trained and capable of handling the companys complex revenue streams Person Specification: Strong experience in financial reconciliation, preferably within a retail environment.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
Experience in managing both in-store and e-commerce payment and revenue streams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
Experience with multi-channel retail environments.
