Revenue Manager

Ardeta Search is partnering with an excellent Property Management Organisation based in Manchester to recruit a Revenue Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a newly created role within a growing organisation.

Responsibilities:
Track market trends and competitor pricing to apply effective dynamic pricing strategies.
Evaluate booking trends and demand shifts to optimise revenue for each property.
Implement flexible minimum stay policies to boost occupancy rates.
Adjust pricing seasonally and design promotional campaigns to maximise profitability.
Enhance business profitability by focusing on increasing direct bookings.
Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses to create direct booking opportunities.
Identify and leverage all potential sources for generating bookings.
Analyse and report on direct booking performance, highlighting areas for enhancement.
Monitor key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available property (RevPAR).
Skills:
Proven experience in revenue management and pricing strategy.
Strong understanding of the short-term rental market and platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking websites.
Proficient use of Price Labs or similar pricing tool.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
