We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Care Manager at QuickSTAT UK, where you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing our billing and revenue functions.
Your Role As the Revenue Care Specialist, you will take full ownership of QuickSTAT UK's Revenue Care function, managing billing, cost processing, and financial reporting.
You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards, maximizing profitability, and streamlining processes to meet business targets.
Your Responsibilities Managing QuickSTAT UK's Revenue Care function with full ownership of billing and revenue processes.
Leading and developing a team of revenue care specialists to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Overseeing month-end reporting for the Forwarding Sub-ledger (FSL) and coordinating with UK and USA teams within the group companies.
Managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate profit and loss analysis, and addressing key cost drivers.
Collaborating with pricing and business development teams to ensure smooth billing execution for new customers.
Leading the processing of cost of sales, ensuring timely billing, and resolving any discrepancies with third-party logistics providers.
Analyzing customer tariffs, fuel surcharge applications, and gross profit margins across the company and customer P&L to optimize financial performance.
Managing intercompany Electronic Billing (E-Billing) and ensuring the accuracy of multi-currency cost invoices.
Your Skills and Experiences Previous experience in revenue management within a large organization.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of 10+ people.
Strong understanding of IFRS15, revenue accounting, and operational finance.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (professional accounting qualification preferred).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and global teams.
Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
