Retrofit Manager

Our established and successful client, a leading Energy Solutions and Retrofit company is partnering with us to recruit a Retrofit Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation in the next phase of its growth, and is seeking a candidate with excellent leadership skills , proven retrofit and renewable energy and management skills , and a keen focus on providing future-proof solutions to take the lead on the quality and standards of services.
What you'll be doing: Ensure that the retrofit services team across England and Wales meets strategic targets.
Lead on consultancy, domestic and non-domestic energy assessments, energy management, energy generation, and community energy initiatives.
Work with the Director of Energy Services to manage key projects with large and strategic clients.
Ensure the highest standards to maximise the reduction in energy demand and carbon emissions.
Develop and implement quality assurance systems across the energy services teams, driving product innovation and system improvements.
Create a knowledge library that captures new technologies and innovative practices to enhance cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, objective setting, and ongoing development of the team.
What you'll need: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading and managing a team.
Knowledge of UK building regulations, particularly in relation to energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
Experience of compliance with standards such as PAS 2030/2035 is essential.
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
Domestic Energy Assessor, Retrofit Assessor.
Level 3 in Domestic Retrofit Advice.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, cost control, and budget management to ensure projects are financially sustainable and meet profit targets.
Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency.
Experience working in a highly regulated, compliance-driven industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits: Salary will be between 45-50k depending on experience and qualification.
24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days with service.
