Retrofit Assistant

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for retrofit/housing/construction/energy etc? We are seeking a talented Retrofit Assistant to join our new and growing retrofit team working with our multidisciplinary team of Property Consultants, Project?Managers, Building Surveyors, Services and Sustainability Engineers, to deliver domestic (and some non-domestic) retrofit services, to assist our clients in delivering their net zero carbon strategies for their existing stock. In this role, you will work closely with our Retrofit Lead and Retrofit Coordinators supporting them with numerous administration tasks of Retrofit projects. What you need to do to be effective in this role Populating internal and external project management trackers Assisting the Retrofit team with tasks such as energy modelling and putting documents together Compiling reports on project activities and sending to the internal Ridge team on those projects Helping facilitates meetings and events Reviewing data and doing quality assurance checks Liaising with key internal staff on admin and project tasks Assisting Retrofit Lead and Retrofit Coordinators in Ridge The skills and experience you need to have for this role? Professional and good communicator Capable of using Excel/software (training will be provided but needs to be somewhat capable of using basic tech) Willingness to learn and progress Some interest of working around retrofit/housing/construction/energy etc This role will allow you progress quickly up the ranks, and we would invest in you through qualifications to eventually becoming a Retrofit Coordinator and lead on projects!
