Your role We are looking for an experienced and passionate IPS Administration Assistant
We're excited to offer a part-time role (14 hours/week) as an IPS Administration Assistant within the Coventry and Warwickshire IPS Employment Service.
This is your opportunity to contribute to an innovative, community-based service supporting individuals with their employment journeys as part of NHS Secondary Mental Health Services.
This role will include providing vital administrative support to a team member who requires reasonable adjustments, ensuring they have the necessary assistance to succeed in their role.
Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately maintain records of service users' IPS journeys, including outcomes and sustainment.
Collaborate with Employment Specialists to update the Carenotes and Hive systems.
Support the preparation of reports, case studies, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure all duties align with high-quality standards and service policies.
Skills & Qualifications: Essential: Proficiency in IT packages, including Excel, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Experience in recording and reporting data.
Desirable: Experience with advanced Excel functions and databases.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Salary & Benefits: Salary: £22,004 per annum (pro rata for 14 hours/week).
Band: Band 2, Spine Range 24.
Contract Duration: Fixed term.
Additional Information: DBS Check: Enhanced with Adults Barred check required.
