On-the-Floor Coaching & Support: Actively engage with the sales team on the shop floor, offering real-time coaching and feedback to elevate sales skills and customer interactions.
Sales Development: Design and implement tailored training programs that focus on luxury sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing high-ticket deals.
Identify areas for improvement within the team and develop targeted interventions to raise performance consistently.
Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure that training aligns with broader sales goals, promotions, and brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Feedback: Regularly assess sales performance and provide constructive feedback to help individuals reach and exceed targets, maintaining a high standard of service.
Experience in Luxury Retail: A strong background in luxury sales, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining top-tier sales teams in high-end environments.
Sales Mastery: Expertise in luxury sales strategies, upselling, and creating personalised experiences that exceed customer expectations.
