Retail Sales Executive As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible to lead the marketing and distribution of our SIM cards, international calling services, and mobile accessories mainly targeted towards independent retail accounts (typically off-licence, newsagents, mobile phone shops, and convenience stores).
You will be provided with all the resources such as Sim cards, and accessories.
marketing materials and other equipment are to achieve this target.
You will visit the stores on regular basis and build relationships with the retailers to enhance their productivity and to achieve the companys vision for 2027.
Manage and deliver values to stores/accounts allocated to you.
Focus on delivering high-quality services to retailers to achieve revenue generation.
Achieve the primary goal of maximizing revenue for both retailers and the business.
Identify and develop new areas by opening new accounts to penetrate the market.
Have a thorough understanding of activation rates on an account-by-account basis to deliver the right types and number of products that are delivered.
Analyse activation data and discuss strategy with Area Sales Manager regularly.
Assist in calculating and distributing monthly commission per account.
Understand the net disconnections and deliver the right commission reports to the retailers.
Lead and be proactive in resolving any concerns for the retailers and business.
Always maintain and develop a good business relationship with all accounts.
Make sure to maintain the right type and number of stocks, analyze the stock level at each store to ensure there is no surplus/deficits of stocks to take corrective measures on time.
Dive deep into the activation and sales data to identify key sales trends to increase on opportunities available while meeting Ayapa standards.
Report on competitors' activities/Strategy along with customer feedback to the management to add value to the business strategies.
Responsible to market and promoting Ayapa products (yellow talk cards and apps) across targeted customers whilst supporting ad hoc marketing activities at events etc.
Update market data on regular basis to carry out market research to understand trends and customer requirements to help Ayapa to plan and execute its strategy.
Skills Required Bachelor or masters degree preferably in Business or Marketing background Good Communication (both written and verbal) and self-motivated person A knack for negotiation and networking capability Strong sales, numerical, analytical and IT skills.
Strong management, planning, and implementation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset & decision-making skills.
Good level of presentation and reporting skills Experience in an ethnic sales environment advantageous Expertise in training/coaching junior members of staff advantageous.
Multilingual (Arabic, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Tamil, etc.,) would be an added advantage.
