Retail Sales Associate

THE COMPANY Lalage Beaumont is a luxury accessories and fashion brand offering superb quality handbags and elegant clothing.
Lalage (who is English – her name is Ancient Greek and pronounced La - la -ghee) launched her label in 2004 and the brand has just celebrated its 20 th anniversary.
Now operating from boutiques in Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Burlington Arcade, Mayfair, the brand also has a shop in Saudi Arabia and sells online and through other retailers in the USA and the Gulf Region.
THE ROLE We are looking for a full-time retail Sales Associate for luxury handbags and clothing, to work across our three London boutiques.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience with warmth and friendliness.
In order to achieve this, you will need to have experience, knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES Developing detailed product knowledge so that you are an expert in all the products we sell Delivering the story behind the brand Ensuring that high VM standards are always maintained and that the boutique is beautifully presented Ensuring stock is replenished if items are sold from the shelves Maintaining your own client database to encourage repeat visits from customers Assisting with stock takes when required Liaising with team members in the Lalage Beaumont boutiques and providing assistance and support when required Reporting back to management comments and requests from customers HOW TO APPLY Please respond to officelalagebeaumont.com with a covering letter, explaining why you are suitable for this position and attaching your CV.
