We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team, helping customers discover our renewable energy products and services while delivering excellent face-to-face service in a retail setting.
  Responsibilities:   As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Route Two, supporting customers and driving sales.
Your key duties will include: Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them in understanding our renewable energy products and services.
Engaging with customers face-to-face to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Explaining the benefits of renewable energy options in an approachable and professional manner.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Assisting with the display and presentation of products to enhance customer interest.
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Contributing to in-store promotional activities and customer events.
Keeping the store environment clean, organised, and inviting.
Qualifications and Requirements:   To succeed in this role, you will need: Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
The ability to work well in a team environment and independently when needed.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals.
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
An interest in renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable.
