Job Description: As our Retail Product & Customer Manager , you'll drive the performance of our direct, third-party and in-flight retail products, ensuring they deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise revenue in line with company targets.
This role is varied, consisting of managing proactive and reactive customer changes, retail marketing activity, product and process development.
You'll report into the General Manager – Retail Product & Customer Experience , lead a team consisting of Product & Customer Executives/Analysts, plus work closely with other managers in the Retail department.

You'll also: Develop management reporting on product quality, customer profiles and satisfaction Continually monitor external retail developments and recommend actions to ensure that our products are competitively positioned Shape, plan and manage all internally and externally funded retail marketing activity, working closely with stakeholders to improve the commercial effectiveness of this Help bring new retail products to market, from initial ideation through to implementation Improve retail knowledge and training for customer-facing teams, from internal sales channels to external service providers Map and own the customer journeys for retail products, identifying solutions to resolve any areas of friction What you'll have: Our Retail Product & Customer Manager will have key skills in communication, organisation and problem-solving to be successful in this role.
You'll ideally have a proven track record of working in a similar product or marketing based role, managing a small team.
