This role encompasses staff management, heading up workload planning, delegating & meeting all deadline requirements across several departments including different shifts.This is a seasonal business which is growing at a rapid rate which means higher demands during a concentrated period of the year.During peak season (September to May), the workload is intense, so the right individual will be someone who thrives under this pressure & enjoys the rewards of seeing the multiple results that this role should deliver.Benefits: Bonus schemeChristmas closure20% staff discountCompany tripsStar of the Month AwardsStaff thank you & reward eventsThe working hours are Monday- Friday, 40 hours, however flexibility is required.Responsibilities:Create workload plans across your departmentOversee courier dispatches by ensuring processes are followed.Ensure that staff deal with customers correctly & that calls are answered efficiently & correctly.Responsible for the logistics & transport of all products & equipment to & from the venue.As a keyholder, taking ownership for the site including problem solving e.g.
payment machines, phone system, Wi-Fi/broadband, general site maintenance, health & safety, floods etc.
including call-outs where necessary.Allocate customer orders, dispatches & ensuring efficiency/organisation across the team.Ensure order accuracy & reconciling against invoices.Responsible for all HR administration and coordination.
Issue new starter paperwork, H&S inductions, assisting with training plans, training nights, commission structures & staff incentive documentation, including records & leavers paperwork.Create & deploy staff workload plans, complete staff checkbacks & ensuring all tasks are completed on time.Manage the working relationships with external suppliers.Create professionally presented documentation to produce staff training manuals, user guides, project plans & processes, & other key documentation.Manage daily customer queries & messages.During non-peak summer months, the right individual will have the opportunity to get involved across all areas of the business, including business development, projects & events.Requirements: Strong staff management skills to be able to manage a retail team of up to 32 individuals, with management experience in a retail, hospitality, sales, or leisure background.A strong communicator & proactive individual, with high attention to detailHighly efficient at using Microsoft Office software, email & IT-savvy to a high standard.Ability to set & review KPIs & bonus incentives for a sales team.Confident when delivering communications & briefings to staff.Thrives on a high level of autonomy, responsibility & ownership.Ability to effectively inspire, lead & develop a team.If you are interested in this role please call Rebecca on 01623 600835 or email your C
